ARTICLE 1: Organization, Registration
Tournament organized by Calais Passion Echecs and the city of Calais Approved by FIDE and FFE Registration closes on October 25, 2025, at 1:30 PM Registration fees: €50 for adults, €25 for juniors, additional fee after October 19 Registration implies acceptance of the rules and the chess player charter
ARTICLE 2: Right to Image

ARTICLE 3: Tournament Procedure
9 rounds, open to any player affiliated with a FIDE member federation Schedule of rounds and award ceremony detailed Time control: 1 hour 30 minutes (+ 30 seconds/move) for the entire game Recording of moves is mandatory Draw by mutual agreement possible from the 20th move or with the referee’s agreement Forfeit after 30 minutes of delay
